Our Room accommodates up to 220 persons maximum at any one time, If you have less people, you have more space for dancing or as lounge area.

 

 

 Party hour is from 8 pm to 1 am, $300 for one additional hour.​

*. $400 deposit need to pay to reserve the place, and the balance is due two weeks before the event. Each party need to pay $150 (which not included the rental price) for one Security Guard and $100 (which not included the rental price) clean up fee.

Rental Including:

 

 1. Banquet chairs and round tables. 
2. Garbage bags and toilet paper.
3. 12 pieces of food rack warmer.
4. Dance lighting.
5. Equipped with Central Air Conditioning and/or heating system.
6. The customers are allowed to bring their own food, drinks and music.
7. Customers can come in early to set up (2 Hours guaranteed, but we allow you to come in earlier if it is ready). 30 minutes for collecting time after the party.
